I'm the founder of Lumira Projects, the small studio behind Car Guides and business-trendz.com. Car Guides is the website I always wished existed: a place where every car ever sold in the United States gets the attention it deserves, written by someone who actually cares about each one of them.

My obsession started young

When I was a kid, my dad let me sit on his lap to "drive" his car in the driveway - I was barely tall enough to see over the wheel. From that day, I was hooked. The obsession grew into sketching car profiles in the margins of school notebooks, then into spending weekends at auto shows, then into spending way too many evenings going down spec-sheet rabbit holes for cars I had absolutely no intention of buying. The love never left.

What I write about

On Car Guides, I cover the full ownership lifecycle, choosing a car, comparing models, understanding insurance, financing, maintenance, and the practical realities of life with a particular vehicle. From the compact sedans that get people to their first job, to the full-size pickups that build America, to the EVs that are quietly rewriting the rules. Every brand, every model, every year, eventually, all of them.
